Acetylfentanyl is a potent opioid analgesic with a potency approximately 6.67x that of morphine, sold only as a designer drug since the 1980s.
History
Not much is currently known about the history of acetylfentanyl, except that it was discovered at the same time as fentanyl, and has no currently acceptable medical use.
