1,4-Benzodiazepines

Camazepam - Dimethyl Carbamate (Gaba-B?) ester of Temazepam. Has little anticonvulsant/hypnotic/relaxant properties. Very low affinity for all Benzo receptors. Meta. into Temazepam. Is believed to increase attention(?) High oral BA (90%)(A.K.A Albego, Limpidon, and Paxor) Was scripted in Italy/Spain/Switzerland. 6-11 hour Half life.
Elfazepam - Appetite stimulanting (Like antipyschs?) Sedative/Anxiolytic. Interesting and the stem of one of my names!
Carburazepam - Could be an analogue of Temazepam/Camazepam. Will research further
Cinolazepam - Has all the normal benzo properties. Has strong sedative properties, used primarily used as an hypnotic... Interesting. Will look further into possible analogues.
Cyprazepam - Once again, nothing on it. Sedative-hypnotic... Will look further into possible analogues.
Delorazepam - (Chlordesmethyldiazepam) Deriv. of Desmethyldiazepam. Marketed in Italy, available under EN and Dadumir. Active metabolite of Diclazepam and Cloxazolam. Mainly used as an anxiolytic because of long half life (80-115 hours) BA is around 77%. Peak plasma is within an hour. 1mg=10mg diazepam.
Demoxepam - Metabolite of Chloridiazepoxide (Librium) Uninteresting. 35-40 hour half life.
Debazepide - (MK-329) Lacking affinity for GABA-A, instead acting as a Cholecystokinin antagonist selective for the CCK-A subtype Appetite stimulanting.
Diclazepam - RC. Meta's into 6-chloro-temazepam/delorazepam/desmethyldiazepam. Actually name: Chlorodiazepam
Doxefazepam - Used therapeutically as a hypnotic. 2-4x more potent than Dalmane/Flurazepam.
Ethyl Carfluzepate - Similar to Ethyl Loflazepate, Mainly Sedative/Hypnotic.
Ethyl Dirazepate - Anxiolytic/Hypnotic. Uninteresting.
Ethyl Loflazepate - Normal Benzo effects. Problems with very high doses (What doses?) Half life is 51-103 hours. Scripted in Mexico (Victan). Seems... really toxic at all doses.
Flubromazepam - (RC) 8mg = 10mg diazepam.
Fletazepam - More muscle relaxant (GABA-B?) Most closely related to Halazepam and Quazepam.
Fludiazepam - Maeketed in Taiwan/Japan in .25mg tablets (Erispan) 4 times more binding affinity towards GABA then Diazepam. Interesting.
