			Clonazolam is a drug of the [[benzodiazepine]] class. Benzodiazepine drugs contain a benzene ring fused to a diazepine ring, which is a seven membered ring with the two nitrogen constituents located at R<sub>1</sub> and R<sub>4</sub>.
