Step 1: Register a nickname

Step 2: Configure your IRC client to use tor as a proxy

Step 3: Start tor

Start the tor daemon (Or Vidalia control panel)

Step 4: Configure your IRC client to connect to fgkjgjce66ymgx2g.onion
